Bio Start
Bio Start contains nature-friendly ingredients that transform tap water into natural aquarium water. Bio Start neutralizes and binds toxic substances such as chlorine and heavy metals, which don’t belong in natural environments.
Usage: When filling an aquarium, add 10 ml (1 cap) per 25 ltr of water. For water changes, add 10 ml (1 cap) per 25 ltr of fresh, tap water.
Bio Bacto
Bio Bacto live bacteria start the aquarium and ensure its health. Natural biology is the best guarantee for healthy fish and a beautiful aquarium. Suitable for both the startup phase and maintenance.
Usage: For aquarium start-up, use 10 ml (1 cap) per 10 ltr of water. For maintenance, use 10 ml (1 cap) per 50 ltr of water per week. Shake before use.
Bio Perfect
Bio Perfect cleans the water using natural clays. The microscopic particles act as an extensive filter, thereby ensuring naturally clean and healthy water. Use Bio Perfect as a weekly support for your aquarium filter.
Usage: Add 10 ml (1 cap) per 50 ltr water per week. Shake before use. The water will remain cloudy for up to 24 hours, which is fully harmless.
Bio Plant
Bio Plant is a weekly additive that stimulates plant growth in a natural way. Bio Plant contains fermented natural seaweed extracts and is rich in natural minerals, amino acids, and carboxylic acids.
Usage: Add 10 ml (1 cap) per 50 ltr water per week. Shake before use.

All ingredients used in Colombo Natura Bio are 100% friendly for nature, so no aggressive preservatives or colorants. Instead, we use natural clays in Bio Perfect, natural fermentation products in Bio Plant, natural fibers in Bio Start and natural bacteria in Bio Bacto. Together, these products are fit to care in a natural way for your aquatic ecosystem.
100% Recycable Packaging
With Colombo Natura Bio, you are not only using a natural friendly products, but also take care for nature after usage. We selected a complete recyclable packaging. The PET-bottle is fully recyclable, over and over again; as opposed to glass, it is light in weight and requires little transport energy, thereby minimizing its footprint. As opposed to many caps, our cap is made of one single material, which is best for recycling. Also the label is made of one material and are so-called wash-off labels suitable for full recycling. All you have to do is recycle the packaging responsible according to your local recycling guidelines.
Produced with Dutch wind energy
For our production Colombo uses 100% Dutch wind energy. So no electricity from fossil energy is used, or any imported energy which is green-washed. It can’t get any more sustainable!
100% CO2 compensation
Although Colombo reduced its CO2 production to the max in our factory, for now we still need some gas for heating purposes. We compensated our gas consumption by planting new trees, which is certified by Plan Vivo, aan international renowned standard for CO2-compensation.
