Carefully selected ingredients provide a flavourful, soft texture that the Medaka eagerly accept. MEDAKA-NO-MAI NEXT for rapid growth, good health and improved reproduction. Floating food is recommended for Medaka, they normally swim near the surface and accept a floating pellet better.

Hikari Medaka Breed is a floating premium food developed for breeding with Japanese rice fish (Oryzias latipes). Carefully selected ingredients provide a powerful high protein diet that stimulates the natural propagation habits of Medaka. For breeding Medaka a water temperature between 24-28°C is needed. Start feeding Hikari Medaka Breed when water temperatures are above 20°C and make sure the water temperature goes up in the period after feeding with Medaka Breed to get results. Feed twice daily as much as the fish eat, remove leftover food.
